The Qote estimate goes further — and it's also free. You answer a few questions and get a full estimate on screen: the exact total, the scope of works, energy advice and the matched regional grants. What you get for free

Everything that makes a figure reliable is already in the free estimate. Each item is calibrated on our current cost benchmark, an expert reviews the result, and the regional grants are matched and deducted so you see the amount left to finance. 1. A dated, official document

The free on-screen estimate is calibrated on our cost benchmark, but it's still a screen. The PDF casts that same figure as a dated, official document: fixed at a point in time, no longer a live view that changes tomorrow. That's what a bank or grant office wants to file in your dossier.

2. The expert review in writing

Every estimate is already reviewed by an expert before you see it — that's free. The PDF states that review explicitly and puts a company number beneath it, so the reader knows a human stands behind it. We go into this work in why we keep an expert in the loop on every report.

3. The matched grants, on the record

The free estimate already matches the regional grants your works qualify for — Renolution in Brussels, Mijn VerbouwPremie in Flanders, Primes Habitation in Wallonia — and deducts them to surface the amount left to finance. The PDF records that calculation line by line, in the form a grant office or credit officer can check.

4. A neutral document you can share

This is the most concrete point.
