Requires R ≥ 3.5 m²K/W for roof insulation, R ≥ 1.0 for walls. Modulated by income bracket — up to €60/m² for the lowest bracket. Must be carried out by a registered contractor.
Sibelga energy premium · heat pump, boiler, glazing.
Granted by the Brussels network manager for high-efficiency heating installation, double/triple glazing, and condensation boilers. Cumulable with Renolution in most cases.
Dual-flow ventilation (VMC) bonus.
Granted on top of Renolution for installing a dual-flow ventilation system (VMC double flux) during deep renovation works — typically unlocked when paired with envelope insulation.
Managed by VEKA Vlaanderen. Consolidated under Mijn VerbouwPremie, which merged multiple historical premiums into a single application flow.
Consolidated renovation premium.
The Flemish region merged its historical premiums into Mijn VerbouwPremie. Covers insulation, heating, glazing, ventilation, and structural works. Amount depends on income bracket and works category.
Flemish renovation obligation · every dwelling to EPC A by 2050.
Applies progressively to every home in Flanders. New buyers must upgrade to a minimum EPC label within 5 years of purchase. Qote reports flag whether your property sits inside this obligation track.
Managed by SPW (Service Public de Wallonie), split between Énergie (heating and insulation) and Habitation (structural and accessibility).
Primes Habitation · structural & energy.
Covers roof, walls, floors, windows, heating, ventilation, and accessibility works. A preliminary audit ("audit logement") is required for renovations of meaningful scope — Qote reports help prepare this file.
Wallonia audit logement premium.
Wallonia refunds part of the mandatory energy audit cost — modulated by income. The audit is the gateway to larger Primes Habitation envelopes and structured project eligibility.
Applies across all three regions. Managed by the Belgian federal government (SPF Finances).
Reduced VAT on renovation of properties over 10 years.
Federal measure. On a €20,000 renovation, this represents a €3,000 saving automatically compared to the standard 21% rate — provided your property is more than ten years old.
